Where’s Your Quirk At?

Our very own festival stage since 2015

The Cirque de la Quirk stage started in 2015, when we initially did a one-day takeover of an area at the iconic Isle of Wight festival that involved circus performances, music, workshops and games. This initial takeover was so successful, we were asked to return the next year and take over the area for the entire weekend, creating our own Cirque De La Quirk stage and structures.

Since then, we have been an integral part of the festival every year since (besides 2020 due to the pandemic), bringing in an incredible crew that is forever morphing and developing as it goes. Incorporating live music, DJs, circus and aerial performance, interactive games, face and body painting, and of course plenty of fire - we can quite confidently say that our stage is the place to be for all things QUIRK!

Gonna Be Quirk

During the pandemic, we collaborated with Gonnabesick Parties to create Gonna Be Quirk

This online event portal is a high-capacity, immersive and interactive world, where people are free to walk around a huge 2D festival site, checking out the entertainment, and meeting and chatting with old and new friends along the way.

We hosted digital stages with stellar line ups, with plenty of other places to find, spectacles to watch and treats to get involved in.

Gonna Be Quirk ran three times during the Covid-19 lockdowns, and while serving as a means for people to get as close to a real festival experience as they could, it was also produced to raise awareness of the loneliness and isolation that so many people were struggling with in such difficult times. Through running the online parties, we managed to raise an incredible £3,555 for mental health charity, Mind, through ticket sales and additional donations!
